Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care. During busy periods, order processing may take up to 15 working days before dispatch. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the postage option you select at checkout.

Dispatch & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment.

UK Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri with the postage option you select at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the service chosen.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. If your country is not on the list, please message and us as we have to manually add destination.

For customers in the USA: all duties are prepaid when purchasing your items, so you will not need to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
