Refund Policy

At Savy & Elle, every piece is lovingly handmade to order just for you. Because of this, orders can’t usually be cancelled once work has started (this is often within 24 hours of payment). Please do take a moment to read the product descriptions carefully and feel free to ask any questions before placing your order — I’m always happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

I hope you’ll love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, please get in touch.

  • As all items are made to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.

  • If a fault does occur, I’ll always do my best to repair or replace the item for you.

  • This follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 

Personalised Items

Because personalised and custom-made pieces are created especially for you, they’re not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty.

Quality Promise

Each item is carefully checked before it leaves the studio. If you feel something isn’t up to scratch, please let me know. I truly value your feedback and will do all I can to make it right for you.
