Frequently asked questions
Each piece is handmade to order with care. During busy periods, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be made before it’s posted. If you require it sooner, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate it.
Delivery times are on top of this and depend on the postage option you choose at checkout.
Because all items are made to order, work often begins within 48 hours of payment. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible, I’ll do my best to help if work hasn’t started.
As each item is made especially for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty. In the rare event this happens, I’ll always do my best to repair or replace it for you.
If you’d like to see a mock-up of your personalisation (such as name or colour choice), just pop a note in at checkout or contact me straight after placing your order, I’m happy to send you a quick proof before I begin.
For all bunting orders, I will send you a mock up of your chosen fabrics in multiple fabric orders, so you can select the one you prefer. Once Happy I will being creating your bunting.
Personalised and custom made pieces are created just for you, so they’re not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty.
Absolutely, I love bringing your ideas to life! If you’d like something completely bespoke, just get in touch and we can talk through your ideas.
For Baby Bibs, these are Machine washable at 30 degrees, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY air dry only.
For all other items, I recommend gentle handwashing or spot cleaning and air drying to keep your pieces looking their best for years to come.
